DIRECTIONS

From Pongola follow the N2 to the Hluhluwe off ramp (about 130km) – (don’t take the Jozini off ramp as the gravel road is very bad) – once you have taken the off ramp follow the boards marked Sodwana – turn left at the top of the off ramp and proceed through Hluhluwe – at the 4th traffic circle turn left (there is a board showing Sodwana Bay) and proceed about 1 km – turn right and cross the railway line (there is another board showing Sodwana Bay before you turn) – follow the road for about 85 km to Mbazwane – proceed through 2 traffic circles and turn right at the Engen garage – proceed straight through the town to a T-junction where the road ends – turn right and proceed through another traffic circle – you are now on the Sodwana road – proceed about 9.5 km and you will see a yellow board with blue letters “Camp Jonathan” on the left hand side of the road – immediately turn left onto the gravel road and proceed about 150m until the camp gate. If you reach “Maak n Jol / Maak n La-La” on your left, you have missed our turnoff by 100 meters.
